Technically this isn't a smokey eye, it's a gradient (I think I could be wrong on my terminology, buy if you seek out miss Jackie or miss alma they can help with the correct terms).. But that aside I love the look and wouldn't draw a harsh line with liner over it. Beautiful and flawless ☺️
