Calm down stressing out about it will only make it worse. Keep on using spot treatments and just cover it up with makeup

Wash your face with plain soap and water for a while. Try dove sensitive or aveeno maybe. Moisturize with cetaphil. Drink some tea and polish your nails it's always calming. It'll be okay!!

I wouldn't put makeup on it, just leave it alone. Don't pick at it but continue spot treatments.

I think clearasil works really well-but make sure you moisturize your face after.

I would go to the doctor and try to get birthcontrol pills for acne. I had the same problem and they really helped me. And make sure to use a gentle facewash twice a day. :)

I would definitely not use makeup for a bit. Maybe don't use any acne washes and stick to a soft bar soap and moisturizer until the size of the blemish lessens

Your skin is what you eat so make sure you eat healthy and drink lots of water. Also use only oil free makeup so that your makeup does not clog more pores. To reduce redness take a few drops of lemon juice and mix it with either baking soda or an uncontested aspirin and apply that to the troubled spots and let it sit for 5 minutes then rinse off. And also whenever you finish washing your face rinse with cold water to close the pores.

Uncoated not uncontested sorry spell check is stupid.

I have the same problem and my skin looks very similar to yours. I use bareminerals powder foundation on it which is actually good for your skin and somewhat clears it up:)

Use a gentle face cleanser like CeraVe. And stop messing with it! It looks infected to me, honestly I would go to a dermatologist asap. In the meantime, cover it with a bandaid with some Neosporin.

I forgot to mention though, that it could actually be a spider bite. It happened to my friend and she went to a doctor and turns out it was actually a bite and not acne.
