It's actually just called blue from the pravana brand but I mixed maybe 50 parts conditioner with 1 part dye. I was going for pastel but it ended up being that color.

Ooooh, well when it fades you should be able to go a more pastel colour. I'd try manic panic, they have a large range of shades and come in a pretty decent sized tub and if you're going for pastel, you'll only need a few drops of dye and the rest conditioner and just touch it up whenever it fades to the blonde again :)

Bleach it twice with 40 volume developer for 30-45mins each. make sure to not do it twice in a row or else it'll kill your hair.

This is actually really cute and seems "work friendly" to me. :) My friend did the same thing with almost the same color (a little more teal) while working for CAT!
