It seems with every eyeliner I try no matter what I do it always smears in the inner corner. Anyone suggest a good drug store brand eyeliner that won't smear.

I use liquid NYC liner, maybeline gel, smashbox pen liner. And they all smudge

You might want to try Kat Von D Tattoo Liner! I love it and it never smudges for me (I do wear it in the inner corner sometimes)

Agreed with the KVD pen liner. I use it on the inner corner a lot. But you should also try using an eyeshadow. I find just using a black or whatever color eyeshadow on a small damp brush stays much longer than most liners.
