I use UDPP and even setting spray sometimes, and my eyeliner always smudges, runs, or gets into the center of my eye and balls up. It looks so gross about two hours after I do it. The eyeliner I use is UD or rimmel sometimes. Can anybody suggest to me a good eyeliner that will stay put? Or maybe a technique to help? Thanks!!

Do you have a price point? Honestly I'm surprised you're having this problem with the UD liners, they've always worked like a charm for me. Are you lining your waterline? Maybe that's why it's getting into your inner corner. If that's the case, you could try the Too Faced eyeliners, I hear they're pretty good, or the Marc Jacobs eyeliners, which are expensive but my current personal favorites. They stay on super well, never float into the corners of my eyes, and come in a ton of beautiful colors. They also apply really smooth and evenly, with no problems at all. They're truly lovely eyeliners.

I probably wouldn't pay any more than 25$ for an eyeliner tbh.. I only line the tops of my eyes to do a defined cat eye and this happens almost every time.. More so since it got hot outside :(

Wow, that's crazy. Check out the Too Faced and see if those work, the Marc Jacobs are $25 I believe. Have you thought about trying gel liner? Bobbi Brown gel liners are pretty good and don't move at all once applied.

Gel liners actually work decently well for me! But I have such a hard time with application because I have a naturally shaky hand T_T.

Oh, that's rough. You could also try a felt-tipped pen eyeliner, maybe? Kat Von D, Stila and Urban Decay all make great ones, if that interests you.

I've been thinking about purchasing the stila one for a while now :) I may just have to try that. Thank you!

I have the ocho loco 2 set of UD liners and they smudge really badly...honestly I can't stand them :/ In my opinion high end eyeliners tend to be a disappointment so if its OK I'll suggest some drugstore products? Loreal infallible liquid eyeliner pen works really well, it applies like a liquid but the product is in a felt pen packaging so it's really easy to use. I also like the staying power and ease of the wet n wild coloricon eyeliners as well :) They're pencil and glide on well and are smudge proof and I've found them to be long wearing. Maybelline define-a-line eye liners are crayon liners and they were my go to (I used up the three shades I had but I have so many liners that I haven't gone back to purchace them lol) :) my favorite liner is gel but I know you aren't interested so I listed the others that I loveeeee

Balls up? Like goop in your eye corner or like chunks as you're applying? Eye corner goop is just your eye cleaning itself, there's no fix for that. Have you tried MUFE Aqua Liners? They do not smudge. I get zero travel with them. Usually by the end of the day when wearing pencil liner there's the sad circles under my eyes but not with the aqua liner. Also are you using a primer on your eye before you line?

I find that the UD liners smudge on me as well. my favorite it liquid. my favourite is stila stay all day liquid eyeliner. it literally never comes off lol. It's expensive though, so my other alternatives would be Kat von d tattoo eyeliner which is $21 and from the drugstore Maybelline master precise and Loreal the super slim. with the drugstore ones I find that the tips are very long which makes them dry out faster. however I keep them lasting longer by trimming off the tip when it starts drying out.

I suggest getting Kevyn Aucoins eyeliners. They don't move, it should be illegal lol.
