Looks like nude liner, filled in, and maybe a golden pigment tapped in center?

Looks very similar to the lip Kylie Jenner wears! If you look up Kylie Jenner makeup tutorials on youtube you should be able to find out what lip products were used. I may be wrong but I remember something about MAC Velvet Teddy lipstick and MAC peak a boo liner??
