I was wondering how you ladies apply a setting powder on top of your lipstick..

Use a kubuki brush or big brush and apply a small amount.

Place a tissue over your lips and apply with your powder brush. This will create a barrier so that your lip color will not transfer to the brush but will also apply to the lips. The tissue is used basically as a sieve/filter so that barely any powder touches your lips for long wear :)
