Should you tight line before or after mascara? Thanks.

It depends. If tightlining makes your eyes water then do it before. I prefer doing it before anyway lol.

I normally do it before because sometimes the liner will accidentally touch my lashes and make them clump together and it can make eyes water like Ashley said and that could make your mascara run
