Apply it before foundation on any redness to make it easier to conceal, then carefully blend and carry on with your regular routine.

I apply green concealer to any areas on my face that appear red before I put on foundation.
I apply it with my finger, blend it out with my beauty blender, then stipple the foundation over top of any area I applied the green concealer.

Personally what I do is put on a thin amount of foundation. If there is still a blemish that's showing through and it's quite red, apply the green one directly on the blemish and then pat on your normal concealer. Putting it on before foundation will cause it to move around in areas that aren't red and give the skin a green hue to it.

What I do (I use it for red cheeks) is I put a tiny amount on my fingers then smooth it over my cheeks, wait a few seconds and if it's still red I will add a little more, wait again then apply foundation. It works really well.
