My friend bought me a beautyblender today and I can't wait to try it! Only question is... Will it work with the foundations I have? I use the Kat Von D tattoo foundation and Revlon Colorstay's whipped foundation... I love my full coverage, matte look. Unfortunately I've heard that this tool won't work with the products I have. Is that true? And if it is, can you recommend any foundations for me that will work with this? Thank you!

It's works great with pretty much any foundation. But, just to be sure, try asking Jacqlyn. She legit knows the answer to everything. No joke. Lol 😊😂

Do you happen to use a brush when applying your foundation? The beauty blender is ok when finishing and setting the foundation in my opinion pat and roll with it.It works with any foundation like any other sponge but I prefer to use it if need be to set the finish after applying foundation with a brush.

It tends to sheer out your products a bit and it will also stain with the colorstay. what I usually do is apply it with my fingers then dab it over my face to give plan airbrushed look.

It'll work with those products.
I actually use my beauty blender for all my liquid/cream face products. the only thing I don't like about it is how much product it absorbs >.< & it does sheer out the product like Melissa stated. however, I do love the natural, smooth finish it gives, & it does blend products very well! :p all-in-all, in my opinion it's worth it, but not as good as brushes.

Hmmm, I don't find it sheers out my Colorstay at allllll, nor does the foundation stain my beauty blender! Just make sure to get it super wet first and apply the foundation to your face with your fingers, then just blend out with the beauty blender. good luck xoxoxo
