I had a facial on Monday, it was an hour long and especially for oily skin.
Yesterday morning and this morning I have woken up with about 5 whiteheads and gained 2 in the day as well.
I've also had the WORST oily skin today in a long time. So bad my double wear didn't even stay!!
Why is this? When will it calm down? :(

Did your beautician tell you what she used in the facial? Sometimes, they're might be an ingredient or two that isn't suited for sensitive, acne prone skin. Another question I have is, did you start using a new product prior to the facial because sometimes it takes a couple of days for the skin to react :) However, I disagree with the comment above. If it were just because impurities being pulled out and you paid for a facial targeted toward treating oily skin, your skin shouldn't have become more oily. It may take up to a week for your skin to restore itself, however, depending on the products used during the facial it may take a shorter or longer time. I would recommend putting a thin layer of neosporin on the areas of breakout before you go to bed so that any bacteria from the facial can get cleaned out (who knows, she could have used unsanitized tools) good luck and I hope this helps :)

Thank you, it was at a college and she does them all the time on clients at her job in a salon. I asked a couple people who work in salons and they said what both of you said^^😊 thanks 💜

It is probably just a purge your skin is doing - it should go away in about 2 weeks time but it all depends on your skin type that will determine that but if you have sensitive skin then it could be some of the products used did not sit well with your skin if it doesn't go away after 2 weeks then I would see the dermatologist just to be safe.
