I'm interested in getting an eyeliner to put on my waterline to brighten up my eyes. I think a white liner is too harsh for me.

Any recommendations?  :)

I use a pale yellow (Illamasqua Medium Pencil in Cane) to open and brighten my eyes. There are plenty of off-white, pale pink/yellow/beige, and other light options out there. I've heard very good things about the Tarte one as well.

Try a peach color if white is too much. It will still open your eyes up but look natural :)
