They'll definitely ask you "what's a trait that you have that is a negative?" And I ALWAYS turn it around and say "well, I'm a perfectionist when I do my work, so I might take extra time on things, but I make sure I do my tasks to my best ability"

Lol you must live in a nice area because the Sallys' where I live are sooo ratchet. They look like they rolled straight out of bed and into the store. For interviews, less is more. Go for naturally flawless. I'd keep the lips nude to natural. Eyes I'd say pretty shimmery shades that aren't super colorful but that's just me, I always play it safe. when I go on interviews I only wear mascara and sometimes my cat eye.

How old do you have to be to work there? I have one opening soon about ten to fifteen minutes away but I'm not sure about how old you have to be to work! I agree with the lassies, go natural!

I used to work at Sally's, was really excited to start. But it ended up Not a good experience. Maybe that was the store I was at, maybe that's just the company. I loved the girls I worked with, just didn't feel valued or respected as an employee by higher ups. Depending on your Sally's dress code, you will either want to wear something similar to what the girls wear on the floor (our store rule was that you needed to look nice)
Or other Sally's wear black bottoms and a nice top. I am sure they will be very impressed by you. Good luck! Make sure you speak up for yourself right away if anything seems off :) you'll do great!!
