Acetone is the main ingredient in polish removers, so a solution of that would work... But putting pure acetone on your hands probably isn't the best idea 😗

Not dry nail polish. Unless you want to wait for it to chip off. However if the polish is still wet you can use the clear coat trick posted above.

Purfume not body spray purfume has many same ingredients as nail polish remover just spray on the nail and right away take a tissue or piece of toilet paper and wipe it off.

In the shower, you can chip a little corner off and then peel the rest off. It's not the best method, but yeah. You can also get some bases that are made so that it's easy to peel your polish off.
