Please I'm desperate I have dry-normal skin and I have a huge pimple on my forehead and ideas how to get rid of it.

You could try crushing an aspirin, mixing it with water, and applying it to the pimple. You could also try a 5% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment, though those can be drying.

Toothpaste. Or mix baking soda and water and leave it on until it gets crusty...then dab it off.

Any time I have a bad spot I use honey as a face mask, and every night I use Greace Lightning on any spots, they are often gone after one night (max of three) I have gotten 6.bottles already and will buy more
Ps the only reason I use it every night is because I have really bad skin and can get about 3 new spots a day

For the redness apply some aloe vera or an oatmeal face mask to help with inflammation. If you have already popped it, neosporin will help or diluted tea tree oil.

To help calm it you can use a cold compress! If it is irritated and red it helps calm it and soothe it for a bit.
