What's your favorite drug store gel liner? I've tried mabelline's eye studio and I wasn't impressed. It was too stiff and dried out too quickly. My eyes water a lot too so waterproof is ideal. Thanks!

The Maybelline gel liner that Adrianna posted is actually pretty great, & can even outmatch some of the more higher end gel liners :p
I also like the brush that it came with.

I love L'oreal's infallible gel eyeliner , it's incredibly pigmented and it's very hard to get off!
