Hi guys, my friend got really sunburnt so I'm looking for ways to help her pain! Any suggestions? (Besides aloe lol)

Just a cool rag will obviously soothe the discomfort, although it's more of a short term relief! I've also heard of crushing up a couple of aspirin and adding a small bit of water (to make a sort of paste) and then smoothing it onto the affected skin--it supposedly works like a charm. Hope this helps! x

Lotion with a thin layer of Almond oil on top, helps repair skin as well!

I heard that putting milk on a washcloth then putting the washcloth on the sunburnt area works. It works because the milk has stuff in it that helps heal the skin and moisturize it I think. It was a while ago I read the article so I don't really remember lol.

People always say milk but milk doesn't work as well as plain yogurt! All you do is use it as you would lotion then wait a little while then take a shower and repeat as needed.

Plain yogurt or greek yogurt. greek yogurt has more fat and it calms and soothes the sunburn. I had a terrible sunburn last summer, with some sort of burn bubbles (I don't know how to describe it), and greek yogurt worked wonders!
