So I've been going crazy purchasing lipsticks that I've always wanted to wear (lilacs and pastel pinks, orange,etc) and I love wearing my Lilac one around the house but as soon as I go to leave I can't leave the house with it on as much as I want to. How do I break out of my comfort zone? I always see younger girls than me when I'm out that look super good with bold coloured lips but I can't seem to do it haha. Help please girls?! 😣

I'd say do it slowing. your already wearn it around your house, thts a good start. next you could wear it around close family and outside thn just to go to fast food drive through and so on. ease into to it until your confident and comfortable:)

I 100% get this. I do a bunch of bold eyeshadow looks or lipsticks and I take it off and throw on nude lipstick and eyeliner before I leave 😔
I'm starting to get used to lipstick though, I started by just while going on errands putting on a bold lip. Just to go buy milk or a quick trip to the store a few times a week. Then made it longer, like going shopping at a mall or to appointments or family get together. It's really helped a lot, now I wear red, purple, etc.lipsticks or bold eyeshadows out whenever I feel like it. :)

Like your wanting some advice on gaining confidence , or you want some tips on how to dress or something to go with that color?
If it's just confidence you need that means you care to much what people are going to think about you.( not always a bad thing!😘) just do it girl! If you think you look good ,just go to Walmart real quick and buy something to try it out. :) or even a club! Girls always be dressing with crazy ( in a a good way) makeup😊 I love going out with this plum colored lipstick I have... I just go light on the eyes to make my lips more of the perspective of my face , and I get compliments!☺️ not often lol.
If it's tips on what to wear I have no idea.
But shaye you beautiful girl you'll rock that lipstick and have heads turning 😘

I think you could rock it :) The same way you're looking at girls thinking "that looks really good" is the same way they're going to look at you when you wear it.. if that makes sense lol

@ jess, I'm just not sure how to go about just leaving my house and saying "dgaf what they think" I can do it with everything else but lipstick hahah. But thank you, you're a sweetheart. ☺️

@Alyx, I think that's the way I'll go about it then! I did wear a red lipstick a few weeks ago out (first time I ever wore lipstick or a lip product anywhere) and red lipstick is the bomb.com to me hahah, love it. Super confidence boost but I'm always terrified I'll be one of those girls with lipstick on their teeth from laughing or talking too much hahah 😣😜

Thank you Haley! I wasn't sure about it because It was only 4$ but it really is the only true sortof lilac I've been able to find.

I would say start wearing it to festive events so you can blend it more easily and suite the occasion and get some wear in.

Makeup is art there are no rules I wear whatever I love as long as I do a great job applying it , I rock it from red shadow to purple lipsticks I love it.
