You can see the hair mane is smooth but the ends look crazy.

If its human, I would use curl it under with a straightner and then add a little edge control. This always works for me (I just cut my weave recently, and did this and now it looks fine) x

If it is synthetic, products meant for human hair (oils, serums, masks) won't do anything. You can try to use a wig conditioner and soften the ends. If it is heat resistant you might try using a straightener or curling iron on low heat.
