Shelley W.
Sunscreen first and then foundation. I usually wait about 15 minutes and blot my skin right before application of foundation.

SPF in foundation offers very little protection. You'd literally have to apply a dime size amount of foundation to be of any benefit but to do that then you'll have product balling up on your skin. If you did moisturizing sunscreen that contains spf plus foundation with spf then you're getting protection.

@Shelley - I hv foundation powder wid spf 15 but that really nothing for temperature 46degrees.. by bloting do you mean conceal? what do you prefer in summers? cream foundation or powder foundation?
Jun 4, 2014
Shelley W.
Blotting using a blotting sheet that can pick up residual oils that come to the surface of your skin.

I live in Florida so we have high humidity and heat during the summer months so I usually reach for a super light liquid foundation or a bb cream. But the thing is...I don't apply it all over my face. Just in my t-zone and blend out. After a long journey I finally have my skin clear and free of major issues and sometimes I just go without.
