How to make Hazel eyes pop?

I have dark hazel eyes and need ideas on how to make them brighten up.. Any opinions or thoughts?

A few colors that work for my hazel eyes, that make them appear more green: Urban Decay eyeliners in Rockstar and Bourbon, Wrath and Summerfly, from the Kat Von D Monarch Palette, Love+ from Sugarpill, and any sort of purply shade of lipstick. The trick to hazel eyes is to pick which color in them you wish to pop, and pick a color opposite the color wheel :) I have a few looks on my profile where you can see which colors make hazel eyes appear green vs. which make them appear brown :)
