I would start by prepping your face so it's fresh and clean and the apply a good primer. You're skin looks nice, so I would just conceal any blemishes and undereyes, but don't apply it where you don't need it. Next powder the areas you applied concealer if you have oily skin, and if you have dry skin you can skip powder, but never skip powdering undereyes to prevent creasing. Add a light bronzer around your face and a nice warm toned peachy blush. You have nice brows too, so just brush through them with a clear brow gel. For eye makeup, look at the pictorial I attached. Lastly, follow up with a peachy gloss on your lips!
