I think you'are beautiful the way you are but if you want to look more girly try pink lipstick or gloss, diamonds or cute heart shaped or flower shaped earrings :) necklaces, getting your nails done like maddie said! There's many ways of looking girly.

You could try putting eyeliner on just on side, either top or bottom so it doesn't look to dark and putting on a light lipgloss and if you want a light blush. Also wear brighter clothing colors.

You are really pretty already! If you really want a bit if a style change, try wearing a bit less black eyeliner to soften your look, use a pink or peach blush and hair bows and ribbons are very girly touch!

I agree with Michelle! Using light eyeshadow under liquid liner really makes it girly and less intense! Light pink, or soft natural brown eyeshadow looks exceptionally girly. In my opinion, soft natural looking makeup is really sweet and feminine looking. But if you think that's too boring, I would add false lashes to help your eyes pop. :)

Otherwise, I think curling your hair and adding accessories (like bows) could really girly up your look. :)
Also wearing skirts helps a ton.

I think if you thin out your brows a tad you might get the look you're going for also rosy blush and champagne eyeshadow.
