Which is the best for hair growth?
Biotin?
Fish Oil?
Hair, Nail and Skin?
Or Prenatal pills?

All great. But prenatals have biotin, folic acid, omega 3, and all sorts of vitamins so its like an all in one pill for hair, skin, nails, and your overall health. Consulted it with my doctor (:

Mena is completely right. Prenatal vitamins are not healthy to take unless you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant. I've heard diluting them and putting them in conditioner works, but I have yet to try it. For my hair I take biotin and fish oil. It's wonderful and definitely makes a difference. And taking vitamins WILL help with hair growth, and the overall health of your hair.

Also, taking a multivitamin in general will help your hair. Health from the inside out will really make a difference. :)

Prenatals are fine. Just ask your doctor before you take them. I've been taking them for about 3 weeks and I haven't seen any side effects. My hair actually grew 1/2 an inch as well. But I have also been taking better care of my hair such as staying away from heat and using a deep conditioner. Prenatals are great. Great nutrients for your body. Just be under doctor supervision (:

I'm not pregnant and I take prenatal vitamins. Been doing so since I was 18 years old. Have three healthy kids and nothing negative happened from me taking them. Plus, many docs suggest women of child bearing age take them just in case they become pregnant or planning to do so to lower birth defect risk. That nonsense about it being unsafe is just some internet rumor mess that just keeps getting spun around. Just be sure to consult your doc before taking any type of pill.
