I don't really think a primer can smooth scars out, I have oily, sensitive, acne prone skin too and I use the Benefit Porefessional with Bare Minerals foundation, its better than Smashbox photo finish in my opinion.

You can try Skinn Cosmetics orchid gel It may help but it won't completely cover it.

I have some pretty sensitive skin n crazy acne scars - the primer I find most helpful will either color correct the redness from my scars or absorb oil but in your case I think a silicon primer could help to fill in the craters from your scars - I found benefit porefessional has not broken me out - for color correcting I like hourglass and for oil I like coverFX - and these are really the only primers I trust that won't be break me out any further.

The best thing I have found to cover my scars completely is a full coverage concealer and my faves are MUFE, kat Von d, Clinique acne concealer n dermablend.

Just keep in mind there is nothing out there that can cover up uneven skin texture only discolorations so that's what the concealer is good for
