So my hair is excessively damaged due to bleaching, heat, and over styling. It breaks a lot, it's very thin, and is just in overall bad shape.
What is the best hair mask to use?
And tips on them!

I reallyy like garniers damage eraser line. The reconstructing butter has done wonders for my hair-I bleached it to a subtle ombré and it was so dry. This butter really helped! But again, it'll depend on the level of damage and your specific hair type!

I just use coconut oil once a week and I've seen a huge difference. My hair probably isn't excessively damaged anymore but the ends are still quite dry most of the time because I have just the smallest bit of color treated hair there that I've been growing out. That and this winter was soo drying for me in every way. My hair, face, etc.sooo dry lol. The coconut oil really helps my hair stay moisturized. I do it on a day when I'm just staying at home all day and just leave it in for a couple hours. Usually I'll rinse it out right before Mad Men starts, that's my cue haha :)
