Breaking out around nose!

I'm breaking out around my nose sides and upper lip and chin. They aren't huge, but small and go away within 4 days or so. What can I do to stop and prevent this?

Make sure you wash your face really well in those areas when you do whatever you do, and yeah I recommend the freeman mask as well.
