Okay so I'm going makeup shopping soon at Ulta, and was just wondering what are some makeup essentials for beginners that are just starting out? I'll be in 9th grade next year and will finally be allowed to wear makeup. (not just concealer) A list would be great! I just need some basic ideas of what to buy.

A bb cream or foundation if you want your skin tone to be even, pencil liner for your water lines, mascara, eyelash curler, lip gloss.

This is my list og the make up I first used. I'm guessing you want to keep it natural, like you're just naturally flawless, so these are just the basics...
Lengthening Mascara,
Under eye concealer
Foundation (optional)
Black/Brown eyeliner (depending on your hair colour)
Nude, Pale Pink lipstick
And finally, a variety of sheer lipglosses.
I suggest that you don't splurge a lot of money on lot of products yet, because as you are new to make up, you need to know what you want to enhance or cover up, and go from there.
Its also hard to know what works best for you, so now is the time for drugstore experimentation!
Hope this helped :-)
p.s I'm 15, nearly 16 I don't know what "grade that is in America, but I'm guessing we are kind of the same age. I started wearing makeup at 12, but very minimal, and now I know my way around a makeup bag pretty well. Practise makes perfect x

-Mascara ( I like the maybelline illegal length mascara)
-The wet n wild walking on egg shells trio ( it's the perfect eyeshadoe trio for when your just starting out)
Maybe a blush
And tinted lip balm or gloss
And concealer
If your just starting out I would not use eyeliner for school yet until you've practiced applying it
Because how some people apply it may just not look good on other people, it just depends on your eye shape and what kind if eyes you have
But I would start with those basics and work your way up
Also I would watch youtube tutorials and stuff and makeup gurus because I watched them before using makeup so I had an idea of what I do before wearing makeup ( I'm still a learner:)
And last tip is to get a makeup remover
