I've only tried the Maybelline one as well , lol the pro were it did feel nice , the packaging is nice... The cons are it is very very sheer like not pigmented at all , and the smell is very odd. I kinda like it because it's different but my mom said it smelt like alcohol lol

I love the colors of the Maybelline elxirs, but the lasting power was very weak. I had Rimmel apocolips in Galaxy (went thru the wash and got ruined :/) and adored it. the wear time was fantastic and it faded nicely. it was a bit thick and tacky on the lips, where the elixirs are very comfortable to wear. If rimmel would expand their color range it would be a great budget liquid lipstick by all accounts imo.

From the outside of the casing it looked so pigmented but once I tried it on it was so sheer and kind if felt sticky.

I felt like the color payoff was actually really good for the maybelline elixir. I have celestial coral. They feel really nice on the lips but only last a couple of hours. I liked the smell, I guess I'm just weird lol.

I tried the purple Maybelline elixir, and I didn't like it at all. It is thick, sticky, difficult to apply, not opaque, and the smell gives me a headache. Without lip liner it was totally useless because it was so patchy. It feels gloopy and gross.
I'm pretty sure I threw it away.
