Even though you're a beginner; invest in quality products. If you start out buying products of a lesser quality because of budget/lack of knowledge, as you learn more about make up you will begin to regret that you didn't get those better products right from the get go. I know sometimes buying the better products is not always an option as they can be more costly but if you can then do :)
