I've never went this far with diy shorts lol fabric glue sounds easy, cuz I don't have any sewing equipment at the moment. :) I was also thinking of either putting a trim of it around the bottom of the shorts, or some on the back pockets. What do you think?

Great idea with the lace babes! If you use fabric glue be sure to hand wash them & let them air dry. Sometimes it doesn't hold up so well when thrown in the machines😉
