I don't think appearance should be a huge concern, but you could try some cute spandex and a colorful tank top. Seriously though, your options are kind of limited. Workout clothes allow for some amount of style, but the main focus is not to compromise comfort and ease of movement.

I like leggings with a nice breathable sports tee and my sneakers are just from Target because I like the light feel for running but I think you should invest in some higher quality shoes.
