I love different brands for certain things...in general, my faves are:

Lips: NYX, Wet 'n Wild
Eye shadows: NYX, Kat Von D, Avon
Eyeliners: Avon, Maybelline for their gel liner
Mascaras: Buxom, Yves Saint Laurent, Too Faced
Blushes: NARS, Too Faced
Foundation: Revlon
Concealer: Avon
Face powders: Rimmel London, E.L.F.
Primers (eyelid & face): Smashbox

I don't have a favorite.
I would say my go-to for something personal and fun, a pick-me-up, would be M.A.C probably. They have a fun range of colors and frequent "new" releases and their price point is good.
