This is absolutely beautiful! Would I be a huge bother if I asked you to talk me through your process? I've been coming out oft comfort zone with eyeshadows and I'd love to try something like this.

I firstly applied the base and then the black jumbo eyepencil, blended it really well, also by using a matt brown to help the blending process. When it comes to smokey eyes, blending is the key! I still have to practice it a lot actually
Then I just packed on the blue colour. I also lined my waterline with the same black eyepencil and blended it with the blue. Added highlight, eyeliner and mascara and you're done :)
