Red Lips? Summer?

So I really want to do a bright red lip, but its June, isn't that really just a fall/winter thing? I am very pale, like NC15 pale, and my hair is black, I love classic red lips. But is it appropriate for summer? I would use like RiRi Woo.

Like jacqlyn said a red lip can b worn all year round! Its very classy and you could also put a little bronzer to give your face some color!

I don't go by seasons I wear what ever I want when I want, just yesterday I wore macs media and I loved it, a nice classic red to me is Russian red.

Red is just fine in June Kelly! To ensure it doesn't look too severe you could apply a bit of pink in the middle of the lower lip. You could also rub the color into your lips with your fingers, blot and then add gloss for more of a stain rather than full on lipstick. I am also very pale and understand how red can look too formal at times- hope these ideas help!

I just wore a red lippie a few days ago. Its perfect for summer. I just gave my skin a subtle luminous glow and kept my eyes free of color (just mascara on top/bottom lashes) and an understated blush for cheek color and I was good to go.
