Bob inspiration? Haircut help please!

So yeah it's about time for a trim and I wouldn't mind some sort of bob, longer than ear length but a little shorter than shoulder length. If you girls have any good pictures of cute cuts I'd really appreciate it! I don't like haircuts.. At all so I'm going to interrogate my next one to make sure she listens to me lol. Last trim I lost 20cms off my hair, just no.

When I cut my hair shorter I left the from longer than the back, so it gave me the appearance of having longer hair but it was much cooler and lighter on my back!

I got my haircut pretty similar to that Beyonce long bob photo (except with a long side swept bang) and it looks good with wavy hair too! It looks nice blown out, but even with naturally straight hair but I can't get it to look that polished on my own. There are always a couple parts that flip out, especially when it starts growing out so I usually end up doing loose curls/waves.
