From the looks of your pictures, your level right now is 4-5. I can't tell exactly how dark your hair is because of the lighting. The first lightening stage will bring you to a caramel color which is about a seven. Wait about two weeks then go up more levels. Safely, I would say three times with a two weeks wait in between. Though it really depends on the stylist and what product they use. Honestly, I would start out with heavy highlights then continue to add more until you are entirely blond. It will take more time but it's less damaging.
