Oceans salt scrub from Lush is what I use for my body and face. Really good and is not harsh. Quiet moisturising as it has advocardo in it. xx

What really helps for me, is taking any face wash/cream and mixing it with the remains in the teabag after using it to make tea. I would recommend using green tea. I mix them up together and rub it onto my skin and then wash it off after about 5-10 minutes. This really helps for me as it softens my skin, cleanses it well and tones it nicely. Hope I helped!! Xx

I use AmorePacific Enzyme Peel...powder based and when you add a little water it lathers up. Apply to face like a cleanser and it gently exfoliates the skin. Great for the environment because traditional exfoliators contain plastic beads that sea life are ingesting.

You can use salt or sugar. Wet your skin and massage it on your legs and such. But that is just a very simple way to exfoliate.

I use a clarisonic or microdermabrasion for manual exfoliation or Dr Graf Brightening peel for a chemical exfoliation.

Janette-- absolutely adore it. I do find my skin seems a little dry about an hour after I take it off. But I just put some moisturizer on and I'm good. Some people hate the smell, it's very earthy, reminds me off Indian food. But it does a great job clearing out my pores and seems to even out redness or irritated spots. I think you see the effects better the next day and throughout the week. Little bit goes a long way-- one of the few things I'm willing to spend so much money on. I say go ahead and try it!
