Any girls who break out easy or are oily have good experience with face oils or serum? did it help regulate oil production or just make you break out and look more oily?

Usually natural oils are great for the skin. I use Tarte's maracuja oil and I love it. You can apply it thin or lay it on thick and either way it's lovely. I do buy their brand specifically after trying a few smallern off brands and not feeling I was getting the same results and like I was getting a lower quality product. So for me it's cheaper and a much better deal to just buy their brand.

I've tried a few oils (Josie maran light, tarte maracuja, & Kate sommerville dilo) in hopes of balancing my oily skin only to be disappointed. Tartes maracuja broke me out which was unfortunate because that was the one I was most excited about. The dilo by Kate sommerville didn't do much for my skin, was pricey, & had a smell that I didn't care for. Josie maran I still use & although it didn't regulate my oil, I found that its helped w/ the dry areas around my mouth & doubles as an eye makeup remover/moisturizer.

I love Tartes maracuja oil. it has made such a difference on my oily skin. I don't produce nearly as much oil.as I.did before I used it. 2 or 3 drops is plenty. I like it at night mixed in my moisturizer or just on its own. its worth it to try.

I have been using a pure jojoba oil I ordered off Amazon. Be sure to read plenty of reviews on products before hand.. Not all oils sold are actually "pure". The jojoba oil is great on my skin. I use it before bed and haven't experienced breakouts from it or anything. :)

I use Jojoba oil as a makeup remover and moisturizer ( not at the same time. I also don't "wash " my face either. I actually use a combination if oils (jojoba, caster and tea tree ) to clean my skin. I also use sugar and almond oil as a facial scrub. Its amazing , I actually see fine lines , blotchy skin and scarring fadng in the year since starting.

I love Tarte's maracuja oil and Indie Lee's squalene oil. I'm also using Mario Badescu's vitamin c serum, and I've had great luck with them.

Look up the Comedogenicity of oils. you don't always need to buy brand oils. I recommend avacado oil because it works for me and many of my friends
