If your hair is dark and red its a PROCESS to get to blonde..girl I'm talking PROCESS especially doing it by yourself not the best idea.

Do a test strand with powder bleach and 20 volume to see how high the color lifts..

Your hair will never lift with all that red.. it will be orange.

I would ask Traci L. Post a comment on her profile and ask her she's a professional hairstylist. Or someone else on this site who's a professional hair stylist because that could come out really bad if it's not done correctly.. Good luck!😘

And for blonde with your skin time I wouldn't do a brith blonde I'd do a honey blonde :)

You most definitely need to let that red wash out for a while and then try to lighten it with bleachh..you will probably have to do it 4 or 5 times to break through all the orange.

You want to get a powder lightener (bleach) in a cool shade like blue or purple. 20-30 volume developer (I like ion sensitive scalp) the best hair dyes in my opinion would be Pravana or Redken but you would have to order them... Wella, clairol and ion works well enough lol.

Yeah I think it would turn out best if you do it professionally I just don't want your beautiful hair to not come out the way you hope 😊😉

Just buy loreal color oops to remove the red. then bleach it from there. There's no need to go to a beauty salon. I always do my blonde on my own

How Long Do I wait to Bleach it After color oops?
Jun 5, 2014

Well in the salons we do it all in the same day but if you're going to do it yourself it's better to bleach on second to third day hair.

I would start by using color oops then Korean feria extreme platinum. It's a start.

I agree with Ashley color oops has never damaged my hair but you should still let your hair rest before bleaching it

I suggest getting it done professionally though. I know your finacially struggling right now but your hair is pretty dark so it might be best to get it done professionally.
