I had no idea that they went back! Can I see what your earlobes look like now? I'm so curious!
Anyway, if you like them, go for it. You'll have to go through that awkward stage again..if you think it's worth it, then by all means do it! You'll be gorgeous no matter what!

Yes!! Ear stretches are the bomb (mainly because Tony Perry has them but... that's getting off topic) and I think you look great with them :)

And @Breeze, I never intended to take them out but I slept on one the wrong way one night and the back ended up swelling like crazy and it hurt like an ear never should hahah, so I was just going to shrink it to a smaller size while that was going on but it was still painful for about a week and I just didn't want to touch it so I ended up taking them out to see how far they'd shrink back and I didn't believe I'd be able to wear earrings again but I could which I was glad about hahah. 🙈💕

That shrinkage is amazing! It all depends on whether you'd like more wearing earrings or plugs :)

Well if you don't care for your small holes then yes, stretch them!! :) I still need to get a tapering kit for my ears. I love stretched ears.

I definitely loved going shopping for cute plugs, it gave me something to look forward to hahah. I guess I just hate getting to 10mm, after that it's all sweet but the smaller sizes seem to suck more for me hahah.

How many millimeters were you at? I can't believe how well your lobes healed up omg! I am at 19mm right now and my mom is FREAKING OUTTTTT because she thinks my lobes will never go back. However when I started stretching my lobes living under her roof at 15 she didn't care at all! Now I'm moved out it's a huge deal to her lmfao. I told her mine would go back but realistically (?) I doubted that they would without getting them repaired. But your lobes just gave me hope hahahahah! Did you downsize gradually or just take the plugs out altogether? Sososososo cute I can't wait for you to stretch them again<3 And they're going to have so much elasticity from the first stretch :) ✔️💪😍

Girllll, I was at 22mm and I did not know how well they would go back either and was hoping they wouldn't look like a cats butt hahah! But I took them out in one go hoping that because it was swollen on one side at least one side might heal up but I don't think that mattered, both ears healed equally and in about a month I was able to wear earrings again :) obviously they aren't back to the size where I can wear a dangly earrings or anything like that but I can wear larger types and I feel like you can't even tell I'd stretched my ears when they're in hahah! I think you'll be fine, do you have already thick lobes? For example, I think I har fat ears LOL! But my boyfriends lobes are attached and his are currently 16, he downsized from 22mm also because of that but I probably could've gone to 26/28mm and still think they'd have closed up fairly close to how they are now!
And thank you, you're too cute hahah, getting me all excited about it 😊💕

And I remember when my family did that too hahaha, I would always say the same thing "they'll go back to normal just shhh" I didn't know it they would at that time hahah.

Also if you ever do take them out and have any problems with shrinking them from even smaller sizes, upsizing for a night then taking them out will also help :)

Well, I'm going to be the fuddy duddy and say that I don't think it is a good idea. From a hiring manager point of view, most places won't hire people with stretched ears (every job I have ever had has been strict about that, and I have turned away applicants because they would be unable to comply with dresscode). Unlike a regular piercing that can be taken out, the stretched holes remain. You got lucky that they shrank back once, but I sincerely doubt they would heal up that nicely twice should you decide to/need to remove them.
That being said, it is your body and your decision. :)

What is your line of work Emily? I'm sorry to hear that, working with such a strict dress code disqualifies a lot of people. I always just figured you were an MUA lol, I guess I had never asked :)
