Ralph Lauren polo that is really cute but I wanna style it so I don't look too preppy or academic looking. also what makeup and hair should I pair with it?

I love to mix preppy stuff into my more rocker? kind of style. For me I would wear this with my cropped jeans that I cuff. If you have a pair of combat boots, I would pair those.
For hair and makeup I would go with a rockabilly look. That pair well with the polo but keeps it from looking sweet. Cat eyeliner, red lips, and for hair I would definitely do a bit of an homage to Amy Winehouse with a pomp/bouffant/back combed front section, that you can pin back.
