Okay so I'm a dumb American who uses Fahrenheit and has no idea how hot or cold 12 degrees celsius is so could you give me an example. Like even though its rainy could you wear a skirt with stockings or is it like sweater weather.

Oh okay so not too cold. A few options
#1- High wasted jeans with a crop top and kimono or cardigan
#2- skater skirt with cropped sweater and stockings (or a cropped shirt with a cardigan)
#3- Jeans and a band tee with combat boots lr converse
And keep in mind you won't show skin with the crop tops because the bottoms are high wasted. Also you could always wear a under shirt
