Hi I got sun burnt on the 5th I was ok then I went on a sunbed n got heat rash well I waited for it go n went back on the sunbeds yesterday n wow it back n red and itchy n it's all on my chest area n feet arms and legs I have put Sudocrem on any other tips please.

Maybe Aloe...I know it's good for sunburns but not sure about heat rash.

As a last resort I would recommend getting a topical cream or cortisone cream to get rid of it quick smart. Otherwise, you can use cool packs when it prickles up to reduce the itch and swelling.

Go to doctor... tanning beds have increased cancer rates in woman in their 20s and younger. Not to be preachy... but honey, your skin is your bodies most important organ, and youre killing it. One bad sunburn is enough to increase cancer risks, tanning beds are far worse the natural sun. Sunburn, and tans, are scars. If you want color, spray tan. I say all this with love. Your post made me cringe. I hope youre okay.
