Depending on your skintone, I feel like you can't go wrong with one of the naked palette by urban decay. If you like more matte shadows try to avoid those. The Smash box full exposure is very nice because each color comes in a shimmer and a matte formula. The palette itself is very versatile and diverse in its colors. But overall for the perfect palette I would say to assess the undertone of your skin and pick a palette with colors to compliment your skin and eyes. Like me, I have a more cool undertone but a medium light skintone and dark brown hair and eyes. My perfect palette is the naked 3 because it does not drown out my face more with the dark colors that are more warm. It also makes my eyes look brighter because I have Asian typed semi hooded eyes.
