I love the Anastasia brow promade or Macs fluid liner in brown for more sharp and defined brows, since I personally have extremely sparse brows and pretty much have to recreate them.
For simply filling in brows and darkening/ defining them slightly something like the Anastasia brow wiz or Xtreme lash brow pen work wonders

Inexpensive nyx pencil duo I love it for my sparse brows it fills it in lightly and I use a pencil wax to set my hairs in place :)
and it's about 8 dollars for the nyx push up bra

I really enjoy using benefits brow zing. The product lasts forever so it's worth the money in my opinion and it applies very nicely. Not messy like some products and simple for someone that isn't very experienced with filling them in. I love it :)
