Do you mean small breasts? Bandeaus and halter tops are usually the most flattering style. Or any with a sweet heart neckline.

The bandeaus are definitely flattering, however I would only wear them if you're only planning to suntan on the beach or something. they're not always the best for making sure everything is always covered if you're playing around in the water & stuff.
I have small boobs too & I always loved halter tops. the straps that go up around your neck help pull the girls up a little & make them look a bit bigger ;D

you can also always try pushup tops? they're super popular I've noticed.

I agree and don't feel like bandeaus are flattering for small boobs. They make them look even smaller in my opinion and from personal experience since I don't consider my boobs big lol.
I think push-ups are the best or the halter tops too as been said already.

One with ruffles or fringe. I agree that I don't find bandeaus to be that flattering on a small chest (speaking from personal experience).
