Best primer for sensitive eyes/skin.

I have oily lids but also very sensitive skin and eyes. Are there any good primers that don't contain any fragrance, dyes, alcohols, urea, talc or parabens, & still help eye makeup stay put and vibrant? (preferably cruelty-free as well)
