Well this is just me but if I was going to a pool party knowing I'm going in the pool I wouldn't worry about makeup and my hair lol. As for an outfit, wear a maxi dress.

My friend used the rocket by Maybelline in the waterproof formula and it stayed the entire time at the beach with hardcore waves (I was with her) it didn't run at all, but she did occasionally wipe under her eyes with her fingers. I wouldn't personally wear makeup because I feel like that's so much effort just to have it washed 99% away! I would like Dereanna said, wear a pretty maxi and maybe a sunhat! Try wearing your hair out!
