Another issue which is Difficult to explain but basically I have a few strands just past my high point of the arch on the bottom that don't look like they should be there but if I pluck them, my brows become slightly crooked and thin in one area.
Any suggestions? Or opinions on what to do with my brows?
Ps I'm naturally a mousy blonde so my brows are not dark brown if they appear so in the picture.

Oh and does anyone know how to fill in brows with a small teeny tiny scar?

I have the same problem and I would say just slightly feel the arch and point. I use the nyx baked brow powder and work great for me

Loved the NYX Brow kit (blonde, two shadows and wax). I use it when I'm in a rush.

I would get them professionally shaped once, whether it's plucking waxing or threading, and then do maintenance on your own at home. As far as filling them in use an angled brush and a brow powder or eye shadow in a shade or two lighter than the color of the hair on your head. Fill them in heavier towards the tail the lighter towards the beginning. Just follow your natural shape after getting them cleaned up. Also comb through them after filling them in to blend it out some and use a clear gel to set them in place
